Easy to Reach From Anywhere in Palm Beach County

Our Lake Worth office is easy to reach from both ends of Palm Beach County. Rather than list mileage or drive times, we focus on access. Traffic in South Florida shifts so much throughout the day that distance estimates rarely reflect the real trip.

Here is what makes visiting See Vision Eye Institute convenient:

  • Conveniently located near Florida's Turnpike and I-95, with direct access along State Road 7 (US-441) between Lake Worth Road and Lantana Road
  • Easily accessible from throughout Palm Beach County, north and south
  • Patients regularly travel from Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Westlake
  • Ample parking and a single destination for consultations, surgery, and follow-up care

You'll find us in Homeland Plaza at 5165 S. State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449. Call (561) 621-2020 to schedule your visit.

Communities We Serve

See Vision Eye Institute is proud to care for patients throughout Palm Beach County. Each community we serve has its own needs, and Dr. Gorscak and Dr. Barto take time to understand how you use your vision day to day.

Eye Care for West Palm Beach Patients

West Palm Beach patients can reach our office via I-95 or Florida's Turnpike. Many busy professionals from the city choose us for EVO ICL, a reversible lens implant for moderate to high nearsightedness. Others come for comprehensive eye care with Dr. Barto, including annual exams and prescription updates.

Serving Patients From Jupiter

Jupiter residents make the trip because one visit covers so much. Your consultation, diagnostic imaging, surgery, and follow-up appointments all take place at our Lake Worth facility. That means no shuffling between offices or records, and the same faces at every step. Patients considering cataract surgery or refractive lens exchange appreciate that continuity most.

Cataract Surgery for Boca Raton Residents

Boca Raton patients seeking cataract surgery often want options beyond a basic lens. Dr. Gorscak offers premium choices including the Light Adjustable Lens, which can be fine-tuned after surgery, and the Total Vision multifocal package. Florida's Turnpike and I-95 both offer a direct route north to our office.

Eye Care Close to Boynton Beach

Boynton Beach is one of our closest neighbors, which makes ongoing care easy to keep up with. That matters for conditions that need regular monitoring, like glaucoma and macular degeneration. Adults between 45 and 60 also visit us to explore RLE as near vision begins to change.

Wellington's Choice for Advanced Vision Care

Wellington families can reach us directly along State Road 7. Active, outdoor lifestyles are common in Wellington, and vision plays a big role in them. Dr. Gorscak tailors premium lens options to your hobbies and daily routine. Dr. Barto also treats dry eye, a frequent complaint in Florida's sun and wind.

Serving Our Neighbors in Westlake

Westlake is one of Palm Beach County's newest communities, and many residents are still building their local care team. See Vision Eye Institute can be your long-term home for eye health, from your first exam onward. Dr. Barto provides routine exams and diabetic eye care, with surgical care available on-site if you ever need it.

One Location, One Team: Our Lake Worth Surgery Center

In April 2026, See Vision Eye Institute opened a state-of-the-art surgery center in Lake Worth. The facility was designed so that your entire eye care experience, from diagnosis to your final post-op visit, happens in one place.

Inside, patients from across Palm Beach County have access to:

  • 14 advanced exam lanes
  • Two fully equipped operating rooms
  • A six-bed recovery suite
  • A laser suite featuring femtosecond laser-assisted technology
  • Image-guided surgical systems for added precision
  • A full-service optical department

For patients traveling from Jupiter or Boca Raton, this setup saves real time. You won't drive across town between specialists or meet an unfamiliar team on surgery day.

What to Expect When You Visit Us

Your care at See Vision Eye Institute follows one clear path, with every step in our Lake Worth building.

  1. Consultation. Dr. Gorscak or Dr. Barto reviews your history, tests your vision, and examines your eye health. If surgery is an option, Dr. Gorscak asks one key question: how do you want to see?
  2. Pre-operative planning. Specialized measurements and imaging help select the right lens. Our team also coordinates medical clearance with your primary care physician.
  3. Surgery day. Your procedure takes place in one of our on-site operating rooms. Because you'll receive medication to help you relax, please arrange for someone to drive you home.
  4. Recovery and follow-up. Follow-up exams are scheduled in the same office, with the same team.

Cataract surgery has a strong track record. According to the National Eye Institute, about 9 out of 10 people see better after cataract surgery, and most are fully healed within 8 weeks.
