A Practice Built on Personalized Care

Founded in 2021 by Jason Gorscak, MD, See Vision Eye Institute was built on a single principle: patients deserve more than rushed appointments and one-size-fits-all care. Dr. Gorscak completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and finished his residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. He has practiced ophthalmology in Palm Beach County since 2008.

Our Story

What started in 2021 as a single-doctor practice has grown into a comprehensive eye care destination for the greater Palm Beach community. Dr. Gorscak set out to build a clinic that felt fundamentally different, one where patients are recognized by name, treatment plans are shaped around individual lifestyles, and the same team supports you from your first eye exam through every stage of your vision journey.

Five years later, that vision now includes our own on-site surgery center, a dedicated optical department, and a clinical team that genuinely loves the work.

Now Open Our New Surgery Center in Lake Worth, FL

In April 2026, See Vision Eye Institute celebrated the opening of our new state-of-the-art surgery center in suburban Lake Worth. Located in Homeland Plaza at 5165 S. State Road 7, the facility was designed around a simple idea: your entire eye care experience should happen in one place, with one team, from diagnosis to surgery to your final post-op visit.

Inside, our patients have access to:

  • 14 advanced exam lanes
  • Two fully equipped operating rooms
  • A six-bed recovery suite
  • A cutting-edge laser suite featuring femtosecond laser-assisted technology
  • Image-guided surgical systems for added precision
  • A full-service optical department

For you, this means no driving across town between specialists, no juggling multiple medical records, and no unfamiliar faces on surgery day. Everything happens in our building, with the team you already know.
